哈哈，天知道是怎么回事，在nvidia的Win2000驱动页面上又放上了雷管4驱动的信息：

不过很遗憾的是，仍然不能下载，因为文件的连接居然是12.41驱动！？

Nvidia的Webmaster好象是吃错药了?还是故意调戏我们？

说起雷管4驱动，我还是想谈谈前几天网上发生的一件趣事，反正周末网上没有什么新闻可Post:

经常玩N卡的玩家应该知道Nvmax，Nvmax的站长andrew是nvidia的Developer，因此他也提前获得了雷管4驱动，在

上周的一天他收到了一封奇怪的Email，内容如下：

Dear Sir,

I have recently been informed by my colleague that u might have downloaded the 20.80 binaries from our website. We will soon be providing our close partners with the latest detonator 4 drivers version 21.60. If you wish to receive information on how to download them, please send me the details you have received from my colleague earlier. Once we set up your details on our database, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to download the latest detonator 4 drivers from our site. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or comments.

这封信显然有很多疑点，因为Nvidia的人怎么会不知道andrew的资料又重新要？另外回复的地址并不是Nvidia的email地址，而是"Ted Lewis" tlewis@pubpower.net，显然这是有人希望骗取andrew的资料从而好下载雷管4驱动。

andrew怀疑发信骗雷管4驱动的人是M3dzone的站长Zoiah，而此时M3dZone的首页正好有这样一些字样：

Currently offline due to some legal issues.

Will keep you updated once we know more.

意思是因为法律问题缠身，无法更新主页，

但是后来M3dzone又增加了这样一句话：

P.S.: I also love to see how people are judging me (Zoiah) and accusing me of bad things with only hearing one side of the story (Which is incorrect btw. ).

And no, the thing between me and NvMax has nothing to do with with these legal issues.

意思是Zoiah和Nvmax之事完全无关，那么到底是怎么一回事呢？

经常上网的人都知道，M3dzone经常泄露Nvidia驱动，而这都没有经过nvidia同意，是的，其他网站也经常有泄露N驱动的事件，但是有些网站是经过nvidia默许，有些是擅自泄露，那么这些泄露的驱动到底是从哪里来得呢？也许你们很奇怪，我在这里可以给你一个答案，除了Nvidia默许的，大多数是由一些游戏开发人员或者nvidia的合作厂商处泄露的，他们因为工作需要经常会得到一些最新或者没有发布的

驱动做测试或者其他工作。因为无法查清来源，所以Nvidia也无可奈何。

最后一个问题，如果M3dzone和Nvmax无关，那么有什么法律问题呢？是不是nvidia准备告M3dzone?这我就不知道了....
